I am absolutely disgusted and appalled to hear from my wife today (1st February 2019) that myself, my wife and my son are no longer patcients at My Dentist. I have missed one appointment apparently which I did not receive neither a confirmation letter or email letting me know I had an appointment. I have been with Elwy Dentist for (19 years) and this is how you treat your pactients? This is completely unacceptable, I need to been seen as I am in pain due to missing filling and you are no longer going to see myself, my wife and my 10 year old boy? You should be ashamed as a company turning away patients. Just goes to show how bad of a practice this Dentist is.
Not a big fan of dentists same as most people but had started to notice bleeding when brushing so booked an appointment with the hygieinist at My Dentist in Rhyl. The staff were very friendly and the hygienist Joy was excellent to say the least. The service was efficient and stress free. I left with clean teeth and without being traumatised. Would definitely visit again; great practice 10/10.
Very accommodating & friendly staff! I have been going here for years to see Mr Moore and always have a good experience I always feel at ease with him. The practice Always try their hardest to fit me in at short notice when I've rang with toothache. Highly recommend!
Rang My Dentist Rhyl with toothache was dealt with promptly and was fitted in the next day. I was very nervous as I had to have a root canal filling . There was no need I was amazed at the professionalism and efficiency of the procedure. Very Happy Patient.
Had a dental clean with the hygienist Joy. She was very professional and gentle, hardly felt anything during the scale and clean. She put my mind at rest about any concerns I had about my oral health. Definitely recommend this Dental practise.
